• For fragile items (marble idols, glass products), please be available to receive and inspect the package at delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product arrived damaged, defective, or broken
• You received the wrong item (different product, size, or variant)
• The product is significantly different from its description on our website

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Out of respect for sanctity, hygiene, and craftsmanship, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Idols or pooja items that have been unsealed, used, or placed in worship (for spiritual sanctity)
• Custom-made or personalized products (engraved idols, custom pooja thalis, personalized items, etc.)
• Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear
• Items returned after the 7-day return window
• Consumables like incense, camphor, hawan samagri, or pooja oils (once opened)

🙏 Our Sanctity Policy

We treat every idol and sacred item with utmost reverence. Once an idol has been unsealed or installed for worship (pran pratishtha), it is considered consecrated and cannot be returned — as is traditional in Sanatan Dharma. We appreciate your understanding of this sacred tradition.

📸 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@krishnasangini.com or WhatsApp us at +91 92176 74404
2. Share your order number, issue description, and clear photos/unboxing video of the product
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
4. Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or guide you to self-ship the product

💡 Important: For fragile items like idols, an unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims. This helps us process your request smoothly and fairly.

💵 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
• For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — we'll request your account details via email
• You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect in your account

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

• Defective or damaged products (replacement of the same item)
• Wrong item delivered (correct item will be shipped)

Please note: Exchanges for preference-based reasons (color, size, design) are not available on custom or made-to-order items.

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund
